Update June 2025. Still my favourite place. The things mentioned below are still true..I am always welcomed as a valued client and made to feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and a calm refuge to relax and enjoy a lovely time. The having of a disabled accessible toilet is a massive bonus in this part of town, along with the baby change table. The staff are lovely and very kind and take care of you. They take their lead from their lovely manager who is kind with a keen eye for detail. You can see that they are happy because they are smiling and enjoy their work. I can't praise the team and their manager highly enough. As before, it is always a pleasure to eat here. My experiences are always positive and the staff are kind and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Even if something was not up to mark, I would mention it and it would be fixed immediately. The dining areas is kept clean and well presented. (Tables kept cleaned and the bins emptied regularly).The toilets are always kept clean and well presented. The disabled toilet has a child / baby changing table which works. The staff are kind and helpful and treat me as a valued client. I could not be happier with this restaurant. The staff were amazing we loved the experience, Tasmine at the till was exceptional and provided an amazing experience, we loved this night and will be returning multiple times. Micho was also great, we loved him.
I am a regular customer of KFC Orpington, I really love finger licking Fresh food, burgers every things, I was served by Rafia at the till, she was so friendly. The store was clean and service was in a minute.
